– with a cozy and modern atmosphere, the three spacious Alpine-style apartments welcome you, all custom-made with great attention to detail by the local carpenter. For your well-being, only high-quality materials and a lot of natural wood (pine) have been used. The apartments are furnished to a high quality and equipped with electric shutters and a rain shower.
There are three modern and traditionally furnished apartments with pine wood, all on the top floor with plenty of sun and views, to choose from. The apartments are furnished in natural wood and have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living room with seating area and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. From your sunny balcony you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains.
The accommodations are equipped with a large flat screen and satellite TV, free access to fast wi-fi is also available, also suitable for video calls and home office. Carports or garage parking spaces are available free of charge for each apartment, so your car is protected even during the holidays.
The Marialisa apartments are an excellent base for hiking and cycling in the summer, as well as for adventurous skiing days in the winter months. Restaurants and pizzerias are within walking distance. Upon your arrival you will find beds and towels made in the apartment and on request, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. On request, your four-legged friend is also welcome.

Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment and night with occupancy of 2 people.
- For each additional person we charge €15.00-25.00/night.
- For a stay of less than 7 nights, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
- From 01.01.2018 we are obliged to charge a municipal tourist tax of €2.40 per person and night for all persons aged 14 and over. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay.
The price includes:

Discounts for children
Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge. Children from 3 years pay €15-25 per night.
Equipment for small children: cot € 10.00 per night, high chair free!
Pets
For your four-legged family member we charge € 10.00-15.00 per night (without food).
Please bring your basket or blanket for your sweetheart.
Additional costs and payment conditions
Deposit: We are happy to receive a written reservation by email or whatsapp and a deposit by bank transfer to reserve the apartment.
Payment of the remaining amount:
Please pay in cash on site or by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival: On the day of arrival, you can check in from 02.00 p.m. Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival.
Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out until 10.00 a.m. Other times are possible on request.
Cancellations
We look forward to seeing you and ask for your understanding that we will maintain the following conditions for short-term cancellations:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation
- Less than 2 months before arrival: the deposit will be retained
- Less than 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be retained
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price will be retained
For unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you take out cancellation protection insurance, so you don’t have to worry about it. Here you can easily take out your travel insurance with our insurance partner.
