Only 2.5 kilometers from the medieval artists’ town of Klausen/Chiusa, you can spend a holiday close to nature at 750 meters above sea level in a modern Alpine-style apartment. Your holiday home is located in the centre of the village of Gufidaun/Gudon and is the ideal starting point for eventful activities in the Dolomites. With the Alpe di Villandro, Val di Funes, Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi, some of the most beautiful hiking and skiing regions in South Tyrol are within a radius of a few kilometers. The old episcopal city of Brixen/Bressanone is only 12 kilometers away, while the provincial capital city Bolzano is 30 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment in Gufidaun/Gudon (2 minutes’ walk) you will find 3 restaurants and a pizzeria.

Our house with 3 apartments made of natural wood – the entire house corresponds to the classification of the category: 4 suns, which is carried out in South Tyrol by the South Tyrolean Provincial Tourist Office after the equipment inspection.

They report a very good quality of furniture and equipment, which meets even the highest demands. Three spacious 2-room apartments designed in alpine style, all of high quality and custom-furnished by local carpenters, are available to choose from during your mountain holiday in the Eisack Valley. Only high-quality materials and a lot of natural wood (pine) were used for the apartments. All 3 apartments are each equipped with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, so they offer space for 2-4 people and are ideal for couples, small families, families with a small child or couples with dog. All accommodations have one or two large covered balconies from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the South Tyrolean mountains. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A covered parking space or a garage space is available for your car free of charge. Outside there is a heated Whirlpool, the new wellness facility of the Apartments Marialisa. In addition, the well-kept lawn with relax area and lounge invites you to relax.

Four-season holidays in the paradise for sports and enjoyment activities in South Tyrol and the Dolomites
Very close to Gufidaun/Gudon rise the impervious limestone peaks of the Dolomites, which are a popular sports and enjoyment paradise in South Tyrol with the hiking regions of the Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, Val di Funes, Villandro Alps, crystal clear lakes, numerous horse stables, alpine huts and many leisure activities. Hiking, cycling, swimming and climbing in summer, as well as skiing in winter, offer variety during your holidays in our modern apartments. Beautiful excursion destinations such as Feldthurns Castle, Säben Monastery and the medieval Trostburg Castle are located near your holiday apartment. A stroll through the small towns of Chiusa, Bressanone and Bolzano, bike rides on the Eisack Valley cycle path and fun on the slopes of three ski areas offer a lot of fun depending on the season.
We are open all year round, because South Tyrol is the ideal holiday destination at any time of the year!
In spring and Easter, when the days get longer and the first flowers bloom, there are numerous local hiking opportunities, such as the chestnut trail, the walk to the Säben Monastery and the hiking trails around Gufidaun/Gudon and the Eisack Valley. You can stop at farm inns, feel the warm sun on the terraces and squares of small towns and enjoy the aperitivo outdoors again. Numerous events such as the Easter market and the “Flavours of the Eisack Valley” await you.
In autumn, when it is still very warm on the south side of the Alps, the “Törggelen” hikes and a stop at the traditional farms invite you to enjoy. The colors become colorful and the view will become clear, beautiful and special. In addition, temperatures still exceed 20 degrees. The cable cars and lifts, as well as the alpine huts in the Dolomites, are open until the beginning of November.
